This document will serve as a guide on how to provision a new Auth0 tenant under the Ministry of Justice Enterprise agreement

Getting a New Auth0 Tenant

Currently the process of creating a new Auth0 tenant has to be done manually through someone already on the agreement.

Operations Engineering is currently responsible for Auth0 within the Ministry of Justice, please reach out to us if you need a tenant.

How to create an Auth0 Tenant

This section is for Operations Engineering team members, it details how to manually create a new Auth0 tenant

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Ministry of Justice Auth0 account via SSO login on the Auth0 site
  2. Click the drop down arrow at the top left of the page where it says “operations-engineering”
  3. Click “Create tenant”
  4. Fill out the relevant details
  5. Ensure that “Custom Agreement” is ticked
  6. Click “Create”
